The property was well priced. Check in was smooth. I pointed out some items that needed maintenance or repair and the host was responsive. It is a one level house. There are 3 bedrooms in front and 3 bedrooms in back and a small laundry room. The back is more private seems to be a more recent addition. There are 3 bathrooms grouped together in the middle. None of them are en-suite bathrooms. The furnishings are of basic quality. The neighbor houses on either side of the house are not in good condition. The house borders a school, which limits parking during the day but not in the evening. For the location, I feel this was a value based accommodation and not a luxury stay.
